Is the property safe?
Yes, This property is made of Thick Concrete, making it very strong and safe against earthquakes. This also makes it resistant to noise, so late night working at conversational noise levels will not disrupt neighbors. The area is a very family friendly residential neighborhood with lots of single family homes. The property has an Auto-Lock in the lobby needed to enter the property, and each door has locks on the door side and balcony side.
How do I manage Trash?
There is a 24/7 Garbage Room on the 1st floor that is managed by a separate management company. Please sort the garbage into the correct type (Burnable, PET, Metal Cans, Glass Bottles, Cardboard) and place in the correct location in the trash room at any time. We handle taking the correct trash out to the curb on the correct day.
Can I use this unit as my Zairyu Card Address?
When you first receive your Zairyu (Residence) Card, A Japanese Address where you reside is required, even if you don't have a permanent place yet. For Reservations over 1 month, This is perfectly fine. If you will be registering our unit as your Address for your Zairyu Card, Please let us know that you plan to do so. Please update the address to your new more permanent address once you've settled elsewhere.
Are there any Fees?
On top of Listed Nightly Rats, we charge a Cleaning Fee (Typically ¥6000-¥8000 depending on the length of stay), 10% Sales Tax, and a 3.6% Processing Fee for any reservations.
Do you provide Breakfast or Housekeeping?
No, we do not provide food or Housekeeping services. We clean and prepare each unit thoroughly between guests, But do not typically enter the unit during your stay (if we need to enter for maintenance or other reasons, we will explicitly request permission to enter the unit and confirm the time and reason with you beforehand, Except only in Emergency Situations).
How does the Booking Process work?
You can reserve a unit for dates here. Enter your dates at the top of this home page, Or navigate to the Rooms tab in the menu bar. Select the unit you want to see more photos and the unit availability / Pricing calendar. Scroll to the dates you want and prss the Start Date and End Date, and enter the number of people to get a quote shown to you. Press the submit button to confirm those dates, and you'll go to a confirmation page to pay and confirm. Please make sure your Email and Phone Number are entered correctly.
Once Booked, we'll send you a confirmation, Please follow any confirmation instructions provided.
Before your arrival, we will send access instructions to the property and to your unit. Please follow those instructions to arrive and checkin to your unit. We will also send Checkout instructions for checkout.
